SVS currently provides staffing support to a number of retail and supermarket locations around the state.
Two such employers are Foodmaxx and Walmart.

John Lewis of  the Tully Road FoodMaxx in San Jose has this to report about working with SVS.

"I am very happy to employ developmentally disabled persons at my facility.
  In fact, my regular employees appreciate the fact that FoodMaxx works with SVS...
These SVS workers are very good workers and are happy in their work".


Here is an excerpt from a letter of recommendation from a Walmart in
Central California for a group of workers supplied to them by SVS:

"These associates are very dependable, hardworking and always eager to learn new things. ...They are very good with our customers and have good people skills... Throughout the seven years I have worked with this crew, I am pleased to say that we haven't had any problems with them in any way...Here at Walmart we appreciate them very much and consider them a part of our Walmart family."
